A small, not-for-profit gathering of executive search firm leaders at a beachfront Mediterranean retreat. Curated by the community, for the community, with a focused guest expert session and plenty of open peer discussion.
This is a small, informal peer group of recruitment search firm leaders β not a trade conference. No rehashing turnover targets or platform comparisons. Instead: a focused two-hour session with an outside expert, and an open floor where everyone puts their real challenge on the table and the room works through it together.
Lounge-style breakout space with a screen and Wi-Fi on hand β built for conversation, not slide decks.
An estimated 10β12 search firm leaders β enough for real depth, small enough that everyone gets airtime.
Run at cost. Attendees share only what the venue charges for the room and food. Nobody makes a margin, and there are no sponsors or sales pitches.
One guest session on AI, then themed discussions shaped by what attendees asked for when they registered, with open-floor time on both days. Sessions finish at 14:00 on day two, followed by lunch.

Making processes stick, building culture from the ground up, and structures that support growth.
M&A preparation, MBO options and getting ready for exit.
Topics that have come up across the two days and deserve more time.
Everyone names one thing they will change or try.
One outside expert with a dedicated two-hour slot β because in a room like this, the Q&A is where the real value often starts.
Built the AI systems and rollout for Agency Blueprint, now running his own practice helping recruitment firms deploy AI across their workflows β from what to automate first to what an AI-native agency's economics actually look like.

Designed for a proper retreat, not a conference hotel. The Garden Room opens onto a private garden, while the pool, beach and promenade make the space between sessions count too.
A Mediterranean seaside town of cobbled streets, beach promenades and easy evenings β close enough to BarcelonaβEl Prat for a simple journey, relaxed enough to actually switch off.
To keep the room small and the conversation useful, places are limited. Tell us a little about you, what you would like to discuss and your likely travel dates. We will review every registration and be in touch personally to confirm places and booking details.
